Signs you'll notice

Why it matters

Ants

Signs you'll notice
Trails along counters, baseboards and bathrooms; small dirt mounds outdoors; or — with carpenter ants — sawdust-like frass and hollow-sounding wood.
Why it matters
Most ants contaminate food, but carpenter ants tunnel and damage structural wood, and fire ants deliver painful stings around the yard and entry areas.
How we treat it
Spraying foragers only scatters the colony. We use non-repellent baits the workers carry back to eliminate the queen and nest at the source, trace trails to the colony, treat the exterior perimeter, and correct the moisture conditions drawing them in — far less product, far better long-term control.
Spiders

Signs you'll notice
Webs in corners, garages, basements and eaves; egg sacs; and the spiders themselves in low-traffic, dimly lit areas.
Why it matters
Most spiders are harmless and even beneficial, but black widows and brown recluses can deliver dangerous bites, and webbing makes any space feel neglected.
How we treat it
We start mechanically — de-webbing and removing egg sacs — then treat harborage zones and seal entry points. Crucially, we reduce the smaller insects spiders feed on, so we cut off their food supply rather than relying on chemicals alone.

Are your treatments safe for my children and pets?

We use targeted, reduced-risk, EPA-registered products placed precisely where pests live — baits and gels kept out of reach rather than broad sprays — and we give you clear precautions and re-entry times for anything that needs them, following all label and Georgia requirements.
How often should I schedule service?
Most Atlanta homes do best on a quarterly plan, which keeps a protective barrier in place through every season. Homes with heavy pressure, wooded lots, or recurring activity may benefit from bi-monthly or monthly visits — we’ll recommend the right cadence after the first inspection.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
Usually not. Most interior work uses baits, gels and spot treatments that don’t require you to leave. If any specific area needs extra precaution, we’ll tell you the exact re-entry time before we begin.
Why is recurring better than a one-time treatment?
A one-time treatment clears what’s there now, but Atlanta’s climate means new pressure is always building outside. Recurring service maintains an exterior barrier, breaks breeding cycles before they start, and includes free re-service between visits — it’s the difference between reacting and staying protected.
